Against The Grain Pastures is a grass-fed cattle farm located 30 miles east of Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Our cattle live a superior lifestyle rotationally-grazing on our lush and thriving pastures. They enjoy living the way God intended, never encountering antibiotics, pesticides, herbicides, hormones, de-wormers, or grain. By following nature’s method, our cattle produce top-quality product for both the health of our wonderful customers and the health of our wonderful earth! We enjoy raising animals for you in a respectable way.
We are now exclusively selling ground beef! Which is $8/pound. We are no longer selling halves/wholes, steaks, hot dogs, beef sticks, or summer sausage, etc.
